Deletion of data.
Upon verification checkmyage.net, will delete all images regardless of result. In-keeping with European data protection regulation, you may also contact us directly at info@checkmyage.net with your ID code and request these images to be deleted in the unlikely event that we process your request before they are verified.

Once verified, due to the anonymous nature of data stored, we can't accept any requests to remove your record (as we have no way of telling if your are the original person).

We reserve the right to remove a validated ID for any reason. It is anticipated this will only be for the following reasons:
1) We are made aware that the ID has been shared publicly (you can report this to us at info@checkmyage.net )
2) Your ID has not be used in over 5 years.

Data protection
checkmyage.net is hosted in the Netherlands and subject to European data protection regulation. 
After validation, no images are kept, nor are they transferred or sold to any third-parties. 

checkmyage.net does not retain any personal data such as your e-mail address, name, surname, phone number past the point of verification. Your date of birth and country are stored against an ID code, as such there is no way this can be linked to a person.

checkmyage.net reserves the right to record your IP address. This is to ensure smooth operation of the system, cooperation with law enforcement and for detecting hacking attacks, or other unacceptable behaviour. IP addresses will not be shared unless required by law.
